I loved my stay here, especially the cozy small double room with a big, comfy bed and the nice surprise of fresh chocolates on arrival. There were great places to chill like the lovely garden and a modern bathroom to unwind in after a long day. The only hiccup was that the windows could be a bit squeaky, but it didn't ruin my visit at all! 😊

only downside was some noise from above, it was a bit annoying at times. also, the aircon didn't seem to work too well.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to great attractions like Kew Gardens and the Thames Path. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were really nice. It was perfect for a fun group stay.
Unfortunately, my friends and I encountered a rather unfriendly staff member during check-in, which didn't match the hotel's overall vibe.

great stay but needs more amenities
The building has a charming and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast room offers a lovely view of the corner street, enhancing the morning experience. Having a wonderful bottle of still water provided daily was a nice touch.
There were no tissues in the room, which is a basic amenity that I found lacking.
